Nepal Earthquake

On April 25th, tragedy struck the Republic of Nepal through a massive earthquake, leaving hundreds of people dead or missing, and 40% of the country affected. WCN is currently gathering information through partners and international contacts to assess a potential response.
Meanwhile, we are monitoring the outbreaks of severe weather here for the occurrence of destructive tornadoes. We are entering the two highest months of tornado activity in the U.S.
Please pray for the victims and the suffering in Nepal, and pray for wisdom in our response efforts.

About WCN

One of God's most powerful characteristics is compassion.  The very word compassion means "to suffer together, to be involved in other peoples' suffering to the point of taking action to help."
